The Clinical Efficacy Observation of Wenxinkeli on the Heart Failure of Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Associated with Atrial Fibrillation and Fast Heart Rate

Abstract：Objective:To observe the cardiac functional effect of Wenxinkeli on the heart failure of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy associated with Atrial fibrillation and fast heart rate.Method:68 patients with hart failure accompanied by atrial fibrillation and fast heart rate were randomly divided into control group of 34 patients and treatment group of 34 patients.The control group was given regular therapy;while the treatment group was administered Wenxinkeli on the basis of conventional treatment.Concentrations of plasma NT - proBNP,6-minute walk distance,echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction,changes in heart rate of NYHA were measured before and after treatment.Result:The level of plasma NT-proBNP in the treatment group was remarkably declined after treatment than the control group(P<0.05),6-minute walk distance,echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction,changes in heart rate of NYHA were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integration of Wenxinkeli and routine western medicine treatment can produce a satisfied effect on ischemic myocardial disease with congestive heart failure associated with atrial fibrillation combined with a fast heart rate .
