The Clinical Efficacy of Valsartan Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Chronic Nephritis

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Valsartan combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Method:34 chronic nephritis patients in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,17 cases in each group.The control group was given Atorvastatin therapy and the observation group was giren Valsartan on the basis of the control group.The changes in 24 h pro,Scr,BUN,arterial blood pressure,CRP of the two groups before and 20 weeks after the treatment were compared.Result:Comparing with the indicators before and after treatment,Scr and BUN had no change(P>0.05), the remaining index were improved significantly(P<0.05),and observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).1 case side-effect occurred in two groups respectively.Conclusion:Valsartan combined with Atorvastatin therapy in patients with chronic nephritis is safe and reliable,the effect is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
