Report of 3 Cases of Cystic Nephroma and Literature Review
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the method of diagnosis and treatment of cystic nephroma.Method:The clinical data of 3 patients with cystic nephroma in our hospital were analyzed respectively and the literature were reviewed.The imageological data were analyzed and compared with surgical and pathological findings.Result:Opening partial nephrectomy was carried out in 1 case of CN.2 cases of CN were misdiagnosed as renal cyst and underwent laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst.Reoccurrence was happened in the two patients after 3 months and opening partial nephrectomy was carried out.The postoperative pathological results showed cystic nephroma.2 patients were followed up for 24-60 months and no reoccurrence was found,reviewed the renal function tests and they were normal.Conclusion:Imaging examinations are contributive to the diagnosis of CN.Nephron-sparing surgery is the primary and effective therapeutic method for the disease.
