The Effect of High Quality Nursing Care and First Aid Measures for Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing care and first aid measures for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Method:100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to emergency department in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given high quality nursing care and the necessary first aid measures,and the control group was given routine care.The successful rescue,death and basic nursing qualification conditions,the average processing time and the patients and their families for high quality nursing service satisfaction scores between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The survival rate and the basic nursing passing rate of the observation group were 96.0%,98.0%,which were significantly higher than 76.0%and 84.0%of control group,the mortality rate of observation group was 4.0%,it was significantly lower than 24.0%of control group,the mean disposing time of observation group was (35±13)min,it was significantly shorter than (67±32)min of control group,the satisfaction score of patients and their family members in observation group was (99.2±0.79)score,it was significantly higher than (89.3±1.42)score in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing care and emergency first aid measures can reduce the mean disposing time of severe craniocerebral injury patients,improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction of nursing work,improve the prognosis of patients,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
