The Dynamic Effect Evaluation of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Children with Congenital Muscular Torticollis
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the dynamic effect evaluation of color Doppler ultrasonography in the rehabilitation treatment of children with congenital muscular torticollis.Method:46 children who clinically diagnosed as congenital muscular torticollis in our hospital from February 2013 to August 2014 were selected,they were given Mckenzie mechanics technology combined with balance massage system comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,ultrasound examinations follow-up were performed in the treatment of front,middle and late,the effect was dynamically evaluated.Result:In the group of 46 children,37 cases cured,9 cases were improved,no invalid cases,the effective rate was 100%.Color Doppler ultrasonography in the treatment of front,middle and late,lesion muscles had a trend of homogenization of the echo.The tumor thickness after treatment was (7.8±1.3)mm,it was significantly less than (12.5±2.4)mm of before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.6788,P=0.0000).The contracture sternocleidomastoid muscle length after treatment was (6.3±1.7)mm,it was significantly shorter than (12.4±2.2)mm of before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=14.8806,P=0.0000).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography can reflect the children with congenital muscular torticollis in rehabilitation fading condition and pathological changes in the process of evolution, can make objective evaluation to cases,can be used as a reliable basis for the treatment of effect evaluation.
