The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with TCM differentiation on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, helicobacter pylori eradication situation and gastroscopic effect between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 93.6%(44/47),it was significantly higher than 76.6%(36/47) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.37,P=0.02).The negative conversion ratio of helicobacter pylori in observation group was 95.7%(45/47),it was significantly higher than 83.0%(39/47) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.03,P=0.04).The gastroscopy total effective rate of observation group was 97.9%(46/47),it was significantly higher than 83.0%(39/47) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.42,P=0.04).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of self-designed drink of soothing the liver and harmonizing stomach in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis associated with helicobacter pylori infection is good and worth further clinical promotion and application.
