Clinical Efficacy of Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Combined with Insulin Resistance Treated with Diane and Metformin

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance treated with Diane and Metformin.Method:84 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance were chosen in our hospital to receive treatment,they were divided into three groups,28 patients in each group.The group A,group B and group C were treated with Metformin,Diane-35,Diane-35 combined with Metformin.The ovarian volume,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and other indicators in three groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Result:Before and after treatment,the ovarian volume,T,FINS,FPG and HOMA-IR of group A were compared,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.586,5.737,10.239,3.548,9.189,P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the ovarian volume,LH,T,FINS,FPG and HOMA-IR of group B were compared,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.564,4.921,19.411,10.532,2.842,12.558,P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the ovarian volume,LH,FSH,T,FINS,FPG and HOMA-IR of group C were compared,the differences was statistically significant(t=2.561,7.070,4.257,34.610, 12.720,6.623,20.805,P<0.05).The ovarian volume,LH,T,HOMA-IR index of three groups,the differences were statistically significant(Z=6.281,7.328,6.820,6.829,P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the recovery rate of menstruation,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate among the three groups(χ2=12.349, 6.921,5.927,P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome treated with Diane-35 combined with Metformin is significant.
