Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tubeless minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones in infants for reference.Method:85 children with kidney stones in infants admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to March 2013 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the control group for 42 cases and the experimental group for 43 cases according to the random number table method. The control group received standard of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment, the experimental group received tubeless minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment. All patients were followed up for 1 year, the operation time, hospitalization time, stone clearance situation, calculus recurrence situation and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the operation time, stone clearance rate and gallstone recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of experimental group was (4.12±0.85)d,it was significantly shorter than (6.84±1.03)d of control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was 2.33%(1/43), it was significantly lower than 26.19%(11/42) in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of tubeless minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones in infants is exactly, can relieve pain of children, shorten the hospitalization time,is worthy of clinical application.
