Effect of Psychological Care for Psychological State and Physiological Functions Patients of the Operating Room

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological care for psychological state and physiological functions patients of the operating room. Method:84 cases of surgery patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=42) and the control group(n=42),the observation group was implemented comprehensive psychological care and the control group was implemented routine operating room nursing intervention,the psychological status(anxiety and depression),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate of two groups were compared.Result:After surgery,the symptom scores of anxiety,depression of the observation group decreased,they were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of psychological care for psychological state and physiological functions in patients of the operating room is favorable.
