Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Relieving Osteoarthritis Joint Pain

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the effective of comprehensive nursing intervention in relieving osteoarthritis joint pain.Method:Selected 90 knee osteoarthritis patients as the research object admitted in our hospital from December 2011 to April 2014,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and routine nursing methods.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention to relieve patients’ pain on the basis of above all.And then observed two groups of patients with visual analog score(VAS) results once every two weeks.Result:Before comprehensive intervention,the VAS score points of the observation group was (8.2±0.7),the control group was (8.2±0.5),the difference between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The VAS score of the observation group after intervention was (1.5±0.7) and the control group was (3.4±0.7),the difference of two groups had statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve osteoarthritis joint pain,improve the patients quality of life,is worthy of promoting.
