Application Value of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Pain in Children

Abstract：Objective:To observe and analyze the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of abdominal pain in children. Method:Two-dimensional and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonographic features of 76 cases of abdominal pain in children from 2013 March to 2014 April in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The coincidence rate of ultrasound of acute appendicitis,acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,idiopathic intussusception,incarcerated hernia were 100%,92.86%,75.0%,100%.Ultrasonography of all kinds of diseases had its outstanding performance. Conclusion:High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has the certain application value in diagnosis of abdominal pain in children.
