Abstract:Objective:To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of infant dacryocystitis pathogens so that to provide reference for clinical the use of antimicrobial agent.Method:Selected from January 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital eye clinic patients diagnosed with a total of 136 cases of infant dacryocystitis, squeeze the pus sac Ministry reflux as specimens sent for bacterial culture and drug susceptibility analysis.Result:A total of 113 specimens were culture-positive which detected in 113 strains of pathogens, detection rate was 83.1%,Gram-negative bacilli was dominant, but the highest detection rate pathogen was Staphylococcus aureus(17 cases,15.0%),three for MRSA strains, followed by Staphylococcus epidermidis(13 cases,11.5%),three for MRCoNS strains. Not detected fungi.Susceptibility, all strains were highly resistant to penicillin, but resistance to aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones lower rates. Conclusion:Infant dacryocystitis pathogen distributed mainly with Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Haemophilus influenzae,Neisseria based. Most strains have a lower resistant rate to aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones and high rate to penicillin-resistant.
