Study of Xuanyunning Combinated with Aspirin in the Treatment of Episodic Vertigo for Transient Ischemic Attack

Abstract：Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Xuanyunning combinated with Aspirin in the treatment of episodic vertigo for transient ischemic attack.Method:113 patients with episodic vertigo for transient ischemic attack from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(which was given Xuanyunning combinated with Aspirin,n=57) and the control group(which was given Aspirin,n=56),the clinical efficacy of two groups was observed.Result:The rate of excellence and the total efficiency of the observation group were 70.18%and 94.74%,were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Plasma viscosity,high blood viscosity,low blood viscosity,fibrinogen of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanyunning combinated with Aspirin can improve brain blood circulation,and the therapeutic effect in the treatment of episodic vertigo for transient ischemic attack.
