Abstract:Objective:To analyze the feasibility study of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with Octreotide and Lansoprazole.Method:Selected 60 acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients as the research treated in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=32) and the control group(n=28).The observation group treated with Octreotide and Lansoprazole after being diagnosed with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. And the control group treated with Lansoprazole. The rate of stopping bleeding and the average time of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%,and the control group was 71.4%.The inefficiency rate of the observation group was 6.3%(stopping bleeding in 48 hours),the control group was 28.6%. The observation group was better than the control group in hemostatic effect, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated with Octreotide and Lansoprazole is more effective than only using Octreotide, which has a good feasibility.
