Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy air insufflation medium.Method:146 patients with benign gallbladder were randomly divided into carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum group(the control group) and air insufflation group(the observation group). The heart rate, blood pressure, end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure before, during and after the operation of two groups were compared. The exhaust time, hospitalization expenses, pain and complications after operation time of two gruops were compared.Result:There were no significant differences of the heart rate, blood pressure, end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure before, during and after the operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative exhaust time, the degree of pain, postoperative hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization of the observation group were superior than those of the control group (P<0.05).The main postoperative complications were postoperative shoulder pain, nausea and vomiting, and postoperative pain. The incidence of complications of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Air pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic operation can alleviate the pain of patients, promote the recovery of patients, reduce the cost of treatment, which is worth further clinical study.
