Comparison of Curative Effect between Operation Therapy and Conservative Treatment of Recurrent Gastric Ulcer
Abstract：Objective:To compare of curative effect between operation therapy and conservative treatment of recurrent gastric ulcer.Method:66 patients with recurrent gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group with operation method.The control group adopted conservative treatment. Result:The total effective rate was 93.94%in the observation group,in the control group was 75.76%,there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 8.00%in the observation group,it was lower than that of the control group 25.81%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation therapy can significantly improve the prognosis of recurrent gastric ulcer.
