Investigate the Clinical Effectiveness of Mifepristone and and Ethacridine Lactate in Terminating of Second and Later Trimester Pregnancy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Mifepristone and Ethacridine Lactate in terminating of second and later trimester pregnancy.Method:88 patients were selected from July 2013 to July 2014 who were divided randomly into observation group(44 cases) and control group(44 cases), and the observation group was treated with Mifepristone and amniotic cavity injection of Ethacridine Lactate,the control group was treated with amniotic cavity injection of Ethacridine Lactate.The contractions start time,fetal childbirth time,placenta time,total induced labor time,24 h blood loss and complications after postpartum were observed.Result:In the observation group,contractions start time was (15.14 ±2.80)h,fetal childbirth time was (10.42±3.17)h,the placenta time was (4.61±1.30)h,the total induced labor time was (29.95±4.75)h,and in the control group,contractions start time was (21.74±3.37)h,fetal childbirth time was (14.55±1.91)h,the placenta time was (5.90±1.61)h,total induced labor time for (41.91±5.63)h,The differences of two groups were statistically significant with contractions start time,fetal childbirth time,the placenta time and total induced labor time(P<0.05).24 h blood loss after postpartum in the observation group was obviously lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 3 patients with placenta residue,1 case occurred vaginal bleeding(≥200 ml),the incidence of complications was 9.09%,in the control group,there were 5 patients with placenta residue,2 cases occurred vaginal bleeding,soft birth canal of 1 patient was injury,and the incidence of complications was 18.18%.the difference was statistically significant at the incidence of complications in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effectiveness of Mifepristone and Ethacridine Lactate in terminating of second and later trimester pregnancy is better,low complication rate,worthy of popularization in clinical.
