Abstract:Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Adefovir Dipivoxil for decompensated cirrhosis.Method:98 cases of decompensated cirrhosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the method of randomization. The control group was received Lamivudine for the treatment and the observation group was received Adefovir Dipivoxil for the treatment. The liver function improvement,HBV-DNA and e-antigen seroconversion rate and the implications of the two groups were observed.Result:The liver function improvement of the observation group were better than those of the control groups(P<0.05).And the HBV-DNA and e-antigen seroconversion rate of the observation group at 48 weeks and 96 weeks were better than those of the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adefovir Dipivoxil in the treatment of decompensated cirrhosis can improve the patient’s liver function, improve the HBV-DNA and e-antigen seroconversion rate, which is safty for clincil application.
