The Expression and Correlation Index about Serum Cystatin C and Some of Serum Marke in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the changes of serum cystatin C and some of serum marker in patients with chronic heart failure,and provide the basis of sensitive index for patients with heart failure prediction.Method:57 patients with CHF were examined by UCG after admission,and 57 patients(no history of heart failure) were chosen as control from February to December 2013 in our hospital.The level of serum Cys C,creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma B type natriuretic peptide(BNP) were measured in them.Result:Compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences between Cys C,BUN,SCr(P<0.05) among NYHA’S heart function class,and with the grade of heart function increased,the <br> serum Cys C,BNP also increased significantly(P<0.01);at the same time,the concentration of Cys C had a parallel relationship with BNP,heart function class and the blood pressure in patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined detection of serum cystatin C and BNP can identify high-risk patients with chronic heart failure,it has a predictive value for cardiac and renal syndrome.
