Abstract:Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in deep vein of lower limb syndrome diagnosis of red cell aggregation, and study the color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus in the detected indexes related to RBC aggregation syndrome combined with coagulation, fibrinolysis to evaluate erythrocyte aggregation syndrome is prethrombotic state, early detection, prevention and treatment of clinical significance.Method:The inspection results of color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus in deep veins of lower limbs of 76 patients and 60 normal healthy people were compared and analyzed. And the relevant indexes of blood coagulation, fibrinolysis between the two groups were observed.Result:The indexes of Fbg,D-D in red cell aggregation syndrome group were significantly higher than those in normal group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The other coagulation, fibrinolytic relevant indexes of two groups were still in the normal range, there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The red cell aggregation syndrome is one of the prethrombotic state, color doppler ultrasound for early clinical prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and its complications has important clinical value.
