The Clinical Observation of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure Treated by Atorvastatin Calcium

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect observation of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure adjuvant treated by Atorvastatin Calcium.Method:152 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were selected,they were divided into the experimental group for 78 cases and the control group for 74 cases according to the random number table method.All patients were given conventional therapy in allusion to ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure,the experimental group were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium and Trimetazidine on the basis of conventional therapy, the control group was only treated with Trimetazidine on the basis of conventional therapy.Treatment was continued for 12 weeks,the treatment effect and the each indexes of echocardiography between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 94.9%,it was significantly higher than 81.1%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.9178,P=0.0085).The left ventricular ejection fraction and heart output in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in experimental group was significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure adjuvant treated by Atorvastatin Calcium and the recovery of heart function are good,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
