Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of uterine adenomyoma.Method:120 patients with uterine adenomyoma admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected, they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was given open operation, the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery of uterine adenomyoma. The operation time, volume of blood loss during operation, length of stay, occurrence of complications and postoperative recurrence between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The operation time and length of stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, the volume of blood loss during operation was significantly less than control group, the incidence of complications and postoperative recurrence rate in observation group were 3.3%and 6.7%,wihich were significantly lower than 13.3%and 20.0%in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has the important application value in the treatment of uterine adenomyoma, little trauma, safe and reliable and can promote the prognosis of patients, and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,is worthy of clinical application.
