The Effect Research of Silicone Prosthesis Augmentation Combined with Autologous Auricular Cartilage Filling Nose in the Prevention of Rhinoplasty Complications

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty combined with autologous auricular cartilage filling nose in the prevention of rhinoplasty complications.Method:35 patients with augmentation rhinoplasty in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected,they were treated with silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty combined with autologous auricular cartilage filling nose,and the complications were prevented.Result:The nose shape of patients were improved,there were no nose ulceration,infection,implant exposure complications.There were two patients appeared slight skew two days after surgery and recovered after pressurized and fixed.Conclusion:In the augmentation rhinoplasty,the use of silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty combined with autologous auricular cartilage filling nose in the prevention of rhinoplasty complications can reduce the rate of adverse events,with higher efficacy and safety,is worth widely clinical application.
