The Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment measures and effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax.Method:46 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as research objects.All patients were treated by routine examination and imaging examination,they were treated with conservative treatment or non conservative treatment on the basis of routine treatment,the clinical effects of patients were observed.Result:The group underwent department of internal medicine conservative therapy in 14 cases,pleural puncture pumping gas in 16 cases,closed thoracic drainage in 14 cases,1 case of lung repair operation,45 cases were cured,the cure rate was 97.83%.1 patient with respiratory failure and heart failure,rescue invalid death,mortality was 2.17%. Conclusion:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax is easily misdiagnosed,with high mortality rate,combining X-ray pulmonary or scan of chest CT can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,timely symptomatic treatment after diagnosis,the clinical effect is significant,can reduce the mortality rate.
