The Changes of Activity of SOD and Amount of MDA,NO for Hyperlipoidemia Patients During Pregnancy
Abstract:Objective:To measure the amount of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO),and to try to find out the clinical index for monitoring hyperlipoidemia during pregnancy.Method: The blood plasma was collected respectively from 45 gestational hyperlipidemia patients and 50 normal pregnant women. And respectively measure the amount of SOD,MDA,NO with TBA,xanthine oxidase, nitrate reductase.Result: The activity of SOD and amount of NO were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The amount of MDA was much higher in gestational hyperlipidemia women, compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The change of the amount of SOD,MDA,NO maybe concern with the pathological changes of gestational hyperlipidemia, the amount detection can be regarded as index for monitoring gestational hyperlipidemia.
