The Effect Analysis of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Combined with Atrial Fibrillation Treated by Amiodarone

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with atrial fibrillation treated by Amiodarone. Method:78 cases of acute myocardial infarction combined with atrial fibrillation,admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 treated,were randomly divided into control group(39 cases) and experimental group(39 cases).The experimental group was treated with Amiodarone hydrochloride injection,the control group was treated with injection of Lidocaine,the successful rate of atrial fibrillation and the control rate and the incidence of drug adverse reaction were compared. Result:The recovery rate of atrial fibrillation with in 24 h and the control rate of atrial fibrillation in the experimental group patients were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).No advers reactions were observed in two groups. Conclusion:Amiodarone can good control the happen of atrial fibrillation,and take effect faster,converting sinus rhythm,curative effect is accurate,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
