The Application Value of Improved B-Lynch Decompression in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of modified B-Lynch suture in postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Method:50 patients who had postpartum hemorrhage uterine inertia maternal bleeding were divided into the control group and the observation group.All were given implemented oxytocin, misoprostol conventional drug treatments,massage the uterus,bleeding site “8” suture,etc.The control group was given the traditional iliac artery ligation, the observation group was given modified B-Lynch suture,compared the two groups maternal clinical effectiveness,recorded the operation time,maternal postpartum blood loss and length of hospital stay,follow-up records of postoperative maternal complications.Result:The observation group of patients with The operation time,postpartum blood loss and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved B-Lynch decompression compared with iliac artery ligation has more simple operation,high success rate,should be widely applied.
