Relationship between Umbilical Neonatal Cord Blood Gas Analysis and Perinatal Asphyxia

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between umbilical cord blood gas analysis and perinatal asphyxia.Method:80 cases of neonatal hospital delivery in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013,they were randomly divided into the control group(the group) and the experimental group(perinatal asphyxia group),40 cases in each group.Umbilical arterial blood gases indicators of the two groups were detected related, and for statistical analysis.Result:The experimental group of children’ PCO2 index was higher than the control group,PO2 and pH index were lower than the control group, there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of analysis of clinical umbilical artery blood indicators related to the combination of the Apgar score can quickly identify and diagnose neonatal asphyxia, which in turn provides a reliable, strong laboratory evidence for early clinical resuscitation.
