Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of camber and linear two incision in ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction,to explore the camber small incision in the application value of ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction.Method:Choosing Ⅱ-Ⅴ level nuclear cases of patients in 115 cases(125 eyes),according to the shape of the incision were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(the camber) was 63 eyes, the treatment group(rectilinear small incision) was 62 eyes, two groups were small incision cataract extracapsular extraction, comparing the postoperative visual acuity and corneal astigmatism.Result:1 d,1 week,1 month after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity of the treatment group was better than the control, but there was not statistical significance(P>0.05).The postoperative corneal edema, iris damage, rupture of the posterior capsule and anterior chamber bleeding incidence of comparative difference of two groups were not significant(P>0.05).1 and 3 months after operation, the corneal astigmatism of two groups, there was significant difference(P<0.05).After one week, the treatment group compared with control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction of the emulsion camber small incision has certain advantages, small incision,is safe and efficient, seamless lines, simple operation, economy and practicality, has little effect on corneal astigmatism,it can be worth of popularization.
