The Clinical Features and Prevention of Tumor Patients with Hospital Infection

Abstract：Objective: To explore the characteristics and countermeasures of medical patients with tumor hospital infection.Method: 1980 cancer patients were chosen from January 2000 to May 2014 as the research object, judge hospital infection situation, the place and infected pathogenic bacteria release, affecting outcomes, and related factors.Result:1980 cases of hospital infection with 210 cases (10.61%), respiratory infections 110 cases, urinary infection 60cases, the digestive tract infection 20 cases, the other 20 cases. Pathogens training 160 cases, positive 110 cases, G- coli 50 strains, G+ aureus 36 strains, fungi 24 strains. Women, older, with other disease, chemotherapy, invasive operation, hormone, prevention of antibiotics, hospital stay long is the hospital infection risk factors. The hospital infection death 19.05% were higher than no hospital infection 5.02% (P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with tumor hospital infection with high incidence, relevant many factors, have undesirable effect, should be give corresponding measures to reduce or avoid hospital infection.
