In addition, in terms of statistical software, main is to use RevMan 5.0.Result: after into four controlled clinical trial, found that the therapeutic effect of intramedullary nail with self-locking intramedullary nail treatment effects are, for the treatment of tibial distal extra-articular fractures are ideal, can undertake choosing according to the actual situation of patients.Conclusion: intramedullary nailing with self-locking intramedullary nail to treat distal tibia extra-articular fractures of the clinical effect of ideal, in many respects, has obtained the success, not only reduces the pain of the patients, and reduce the probability of postoperative infection, thus can be applied in clinical.
