Nursing Experience of the Partial Hepatectomy Without Preventive Intra-abdominal Drainage

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the partial hepatectomy without preventive intra-abdominal drainage of perioperative nursing strategy. Method:A retrospective analysis of 275 surgical patients receive partial hepatectomy without preventive intra-abdominal drainage form January 2011 to October 2012 in hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital,summarize nursing experience of postoperative complications.Result:No perioperative deaths occurred.A total of 12 cases of surgical complications,including abdominal bleeding in 1 case,fistula in 1 case,under the diaphragm effusion in 2 cases,pleural effusion in 4 cases, abdominal infection in 2 cases,split incision infection in 2 cases.Patients postoperative significantly reduce postoperative abdominal pain symptoms,and recover faster.Conclusion:Postoperative observation patient's condition should closely,careful and meticulous care after the partial hepatectomy without preventive intra-abdominal drainage.To promote postoperative recovery,reduce the postoperative complications and improve the security of liver resection.
