Curative Effect Observation of Naloxone in the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Naloxone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure in clinic.Method:60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure therapy patients From February 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the clinical data of patients they were divided into two groups,28 cases in the control group treated with conventional treatment, research group of 32 cases were treated with conventional therapy plus Naloxone treatment. The venous blood gas of PaO2,PaCO2, FEV1/FVC before and after treatment were recorded.Result:After treatment, the total efficiency of control group was 67.9%,the research group was 90.6%,the difference between the two groups was statistical significant(P<0.05);after treatment the PaO2,PaCO2 and FEV1/FVC in the two groups had statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Naloxone in the treatment of respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is significant,it can effectively improve the FEV1/FVC and PaO2,decrease the concentration of PaCO2,so as to improve the clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical reference.
