Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Dolantin and Ethacridine on the total labor stage of mid-pregnancy induced abortion.Method:120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 60 cases.Dolantin and Ethacridine were used in the observation group. However, only Ethacridine was used in the control group. The labor pain, total labor stage, and the amount of postpartum bleeding in first 2 hours were measured and compared between the two groups.Result:The labor pain and total labor stage of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).Nevertheless,the difference of postpartum bleeding amount in first 2 hours had no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ethacridine and Dolantin can be used in induced abortion of mid-pregnancy to alleviate pain, significantly shorten labor stage, which are worthy of being widely popularized.
