Abstract:Objective:To analyze the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic choledocholithotomy choledochofiberscope via T-tube drainage(LCHTD) for hepatolithiasis.Method:60 patients with hepatolithiasis were selected as the research treated in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2014.These patients were randomly divided into observer group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The observer group were done LCHTD,and the control group were done conventional operation. These two groups were compared for time of hospitalization, recovery time of bowel peristalsis,in operation duration, blood loss and complications. And the therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated.Result:The operative time in the observer group was longer than that in the control group, showed significant difference(P<0.01);the recovery time of bowel peristalsis, operation blood loss and time of hospitalization in the observer group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);operation complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LCHTD can decrease the hospital time, recovery time, bleeding volume, the rate of complications in clinical treatment of hepatolithiasis. It is conducive to recovery of the patients and worth using for reference and popularizing.
