The Value of Detect the Type of HPV by Polymerase Chain Reaction-reverse Dot Blot in the Early Diagnosis of Cervical Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To study the value of advance the accuracy rate of diagnosis of SCC by detecting the type of HPV with polymerase chain reaction-reverse dot blot(PCR-RDB).Method:332 suspected cervical cancer patients were selected as the research object.At first,we detected the type of HPV in secretions by the method of PCR-RDB.Then we tested the cells of secretions by the method of TCT.The results of HPV and TCT test were brought into the observation group,while the result of TCT were brought into the control group.At last,we made a histopathologic diagnosis as the gold standard.The results of three tests were compared,and the sensitivity,specificity and Youden index of the observation group and the control group were calculated out.Result:(1)The positive rate of HPV was 32.2%(107/332);the positive rate of TCT was 30.4%(101/332),in which the positive rate of HPV was 68.3%(69/101);The positive rate of histopathologic diagnosis was 20.5%(68/332) in which the positive rate of HPV was 88.4%(61/68).(2)The observation group had a sensitivity of 88.4%,a specificity of 97.0%,Youden index was 0.854;while the control group’s sensitivity was 49.5%,specificity was 92.2%,Youden index was 0.417.The observation group were significantly better,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detect the type of HPV by PCR-RDB can help to improve the sensitivity and specificity of TCT.It has important value for the early diagnosis of SCC.
