The Clinical Observation of Winter Disease Summer Therapy Applicator Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of 30 Patients with Stable COPD

Abstract：Objective:To observe the efficacy of winter disease summer therapy applicator combined with Western medicine in treatment of patients with stable COPD.Method:60 patients with stable COPD in gradeⅠ-Ⅲin our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given winter disease summer therapy applicator combined with Western conventional therapy,the control group was only given Western conventional therapy. The symptoms’integral before and after treatment and quality of life between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were no significant differences in symptoms’ integral of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The cough and expectoration integral of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the cough and expectoration integral of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in MMRC,6 MWT after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in BODE index after treatment between the two groups(P=0.4262),but there was statistically significant difference in D-value between the two groups before and after treatment(P=0.0339).Conclusion:The efficacy of winter disease summer therapy applicator combined with Western medicine in treatment of patients with stable COPD is significant,is worthy of clinical application.
