The Clinical Research of Abdominal Incisional Endometriosis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment method of abdominal incision endometriosis and further provide the basis for the clinical guidance.Method:28 patients with abdominal incision endometriosis admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2014 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,14 cases in each group.The control group was given Gestrinone oral treatment,and the observation group was given surgical treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and recurrence between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 100%,it was significantly higher than 64.29%of control group,and the recurrence rate of observation group was 0,it was significantly lower than 35.71%(5/14) of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Surgical treatment of abdominal incision endometriosis curative effect is remarkable and is the preferred method of treatment,which has a low recurrence rate,etc.,is worthy of clinical reference.
