The Effect Analysis of Albumin Combined with Furosemide in the Treatment of Patients with Ascites Due to Cirrhosis

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Albumin plus Furosemide in the treatment of patients with ascites due to cirrhosis.Method:96 patients with ascites due to cirrhosis from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional therapy,such as health education,liver protection and anti viral.The control group received Furosemide treatment singly and the research group received Albumin combined with Furosemide treatment. The bloating relief time,daily urine output after treatment and ascites decreased time between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:Abdominal distension,daily urine volume and ascites of the two groups after treatment had different degrees of improvement.The bloating relief time and ascites decreased time of research group were significantly less than those of control group,daily urine output after treatment of research group was significantly more than these of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in research group was 0,it was significantly lower than 12.5%(6/48) of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P=0.035).Conclusion:The effect of Albumin combined with Furosemide in treatment of patients with ascites due to cirrhosis is remarkable,with less adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical application widely.
