The Clinical Research on Surgical Treatment Methods of Children with Chronic Sinusitis
Abstract：Objective:To explore the surgical treatment and clinical curative effect of chronic sinusitis in children.Method:210 children with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,105 cases in each group.The observation group was given functional nasal endoscopic sinus surgery,the control group was given adenoidectomy.After 5 months of follow-up,the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions between two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 98.10%,it was significantly higher than 89.52%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.64,P=0.01).The control group had 1 case of inferior turbinate and nasal lateral wall adhesion and corrected in the postoperative review.The remaining of two groups patients had no adverse reaction.Conclusion:The clinical effect of using functional endoscopic sinus operation for treatment of children with chronic sinusitis in 2,3 stage is good,is worthy of clinical promotion.
