Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of optimization operation in the treatment of different kinds of ankle joint fracture. Method:68 patients with ankle joint fracture who were treated with optimization technique in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as the research object, including 38 cases of absorbable screw fixation(group A),30 cases of internal fixation with metal(group B).The operation curative effect and occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.Result:All of the above in discharged patients were followed up for 6 months, the average follow-up time was (2.1±0.3)years.The excellent and good rate of group A was 84.2%(32/38),that of the group B was 83.3%(25/30),there was no statistically significant difference in excellent and good rate(P>0.05).The two groups were no malunion, nonunion, infection and other complications,The group A had 1 case of fracture of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis screw fixation. Conclusion:Optimization operation in the treatment of ankle joint fracture has obvious curative effect, and the method is simple, less trauma,it is worthy of popularization and application.
