The Efficacy of Oseltamivir in the Treatment of Patients with Influenza A (H1N1)

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oseltamivir in the treatment of patients with influenza A (H1N1).Method:50 patients with influenza A (H1N1) in our hospital were selected,they were administrated with oseltamivir in 1 hour after treatment,75 mg Bid,3-5 days.The efficacy and occurrence of adverse reaction during the treatment of patients were evaluated.Result:The temperature of all patients were returned to normal in 5 days.Sore throat, aches,fatigue and other symptoms were obviously improved.One patient was occured cough in the second day,expectoration significantly increased,one patient was occured nausea and abdominal discomfort,and one patient was occured dizziness symptoms.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of oseltamivir in the treatment for influenza A (H1N1) is remarkable,low incidence of adverse reactions,patients can be well tolerated,is worthy of clinical promotion.
