The Application Value of Tumor Markers CA153,CA125 Test in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value of tumor markers CA153,CA125 test in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Method:120 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were selected as the research group, and 120 patients with benign lung disease admitted during the same period were selected as the control group, the serum CA153,CA125 levels of the two groups were tested and compared through the electrochemical luminescence method.Result:The abnormal rate of serum CA153,CA125 levels of the research group were 54.17%and 81.17%,which were significantly higher than 13.33%and 16.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and correct diagnosis index of CA153 combined with CA125 detection were all significantly higher than those of the single CA153,CA125 detection(P<0.05).The level of serum CA125 of patients with squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of patients with adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma, and the adenocarcinoma patients was significantly higher than that of patients with small cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tumor markers CA153,CA125 joint inspection is of high value in diagnosis of lung cancer,it is worthy of clinical application.
