Study on the Application of Microbiological Test in Infection Control

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the value and the microbial test in infection control function.Method:Combined with the 200 cases of urinary tract infected patients treated in our hospital from from January 2012 to January 2014,they were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group received the traditional therapy,patients in the observation group was to microbiological testing results as the basis for taking corresponding methods of treatment.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result:The control group patients with severe infection degree was far higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the real-time monitoring of the susceptible population,prediction of microbial detection in transmission routes of infection,pathogen detection and control of the hospital had an important role. Conclusion:Microbiological examination plays an important role in infection control,is worth of clinical promotion.
