The Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-Specific Perinephritis and Perinephric Abscesses

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of Non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses.Method:18 cases with non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses from April 2010 to April 2014 in our hospital,the clinical data of patients were analyzed retrospectively,the diagnosis,treatment and outcome of non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses summar1zed.Result:There were 4 cases of perinephritis,14 cases of perinephric abscesses in 18 cases of patients,the main symptoms of patients were fever,lumbar or(and)abdominal pain, flank or abdominal mass,minority of patients were hematuria,nausea and vomiting.In 18 cases of patients,4 cases of patients with perinephritis were treated with nephrectomy,3 cases were treated with antibiotic,5 cases were treated with percutaneous drainage,6 cases were treated with surgical drainage.After treatment all patients were cured,no death.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and drainage is important for improving the prognosis of patients with non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses.
