Study on the Diagnosis and Therapy of Diabetic Combined Dysthymic Disorder

Abstract：Objective:To investigate and analyze the method of diagnosis and therapy of diabetic combined dysthymic disorder.Method:The 68 cases of diabetic combined dysthymic disorder patients in our hospital from Octomber 2011 to November 2013 were divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group including 34 cases,which were treated with Deanxit.Control group also including 34 cases,which were treated with Prozac Capsule.To compare their therapeutic effect.Result:After therapy,the level of FBG,2 h PBG and HbA1c of treatment group were all less than control group,and the HAMD score,symptoms total score of treatment group were also less than control group,which were significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Deanxit in the treatment of diabetic combined dysthymic disorder is effective,which is worthy of clinical application.
