Cirrhosis of Liver Disease Diagnosis of Biochemical Test Project Value

Abstract：Objective:To analysis the diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver disease biochemical test project application and its clinical value. Method:Choosing 45 cases in our hospital patients with cirrhosis as the observation group,the other randomly selected 45 cases of healthy people as the control group.Both two groups needed to be extracted 5 ml blood fasting state,two groups of serum biochemical test samples.To compare the biochemical test results of the project.Result:The observation group of patients’s TBL,DBL,TBA,AST,ALP and γ-GT were significantly higher than the control group,and the ALB,ALB,A/G and CHE were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the diagnosis of cirrhosis disease,biochemical tests play an important role,not only can reflect the liver function state of human body, also can adopt the corresponding preventive measures and to develop effective treatment measures according to the degree of hepatic cirrhosis patients,to prevent the further development of liver cirrhosis,provide useful references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis.
