Observation of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Pill in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract：Objective:To study the clinical observation of this study through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, comparison of oral Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules and traditional Chinese medicine(Duhuo Jisheng Pill) clinical effect of combined treatment with two drugs for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee,to understand the role of their respective characteristics,to provide evidence for effective combination of Chinese and Western medicine standardized treatment knee OA.Method:141 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into three groups,A group by oral Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules 0.48 g/times,3 times/d.B group by oral Duhuo Jisheng Pills,1 pill/time,2 times/d. C group by oral Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules,0.48 g/time,3 times/d,oral Duhuo Jisheng Pill,1 pill/time,2 times/d.Treatment for 1 year.1, 3,6,12 months after treatment,respectively recording number,statistical efficiency.Result:C group improved the most obvious,followed by B group, A group again,there was a significant difference between three groups(P<0.01).Total effective rate of group C increased significantly,but later with the A group had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Glucosamine Hydrochloride combined with Duhuo Jisheng Pill two drugs has more effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
