Clinical Research of Salvianola in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Salvianola in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Method:Sixty-four patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given regular drugs and Salvianola in the meanwhile,whereas the control group was only given regular drugs.The therapeutic effect was analyzed by the symptom,the amount of glycerin trinitrate for sublingual use and electrocardiograph.Result:Compared with the control group,there was significant increase in the effect rate indicated by the symptoms(88.9%vs 64.3%,P<0.05),the rate of decreasing amount of glycerin trinitrate for sublingual use or withdrawal(77.8%vs 53.6%,P<0.05), and the effect rate indicated by electrodiogram(83.3%vs 60.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvianola combination with regular drugs could achieve better therapeutic effect in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
