Study the Incidence of Hyperlipemia in 5074 Intellectuals

Abstract：Objective:To study the incidence of hyperlipemia in China Academy of Engineering Physics(CAEP).Method:The result of blood lipid levels of 5074 intellectuals in CAEP were analyzed.All of them were senior scientists and engineers or more than 45 years old with the title of middle rank.The study were done from April to June in 2011.Result:Blood lipid levels in 5074 cases were examined and the incidence of hyperlipemia was 45.7%.Among them the incidence of hyperlipemia in more than 60 years old people was 49.3%and female was 48.8%,higher than male(44.1%),there was statistical significant(P<0.01).The incidence of hypertriglyceridemia in female was significantly increased than that in male(36.6%,31.1%,P<0.001).However no significant difference was found between the incidence of hypercholesterolemia in female and male(13.1%,12.3%,P>0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of hyperlipemia in CAEP is higher than that in other place of our country.The publicity and education and the prevention and control work is very necessary for the worker in CAEP.
